Public renters will charged 1-3 days from date of booking, with the credit card you provided at time of booking. You must cancel online 48 hours prior to your reservation to avoid any fees. 


Members will be charged on Monday for the previous week's bookings.  You must cancel online 48 hours prior to your reservation or email [email protected] to cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid any fees.


Please note: For multiple bookings, such as recurring weekly events, 4+ consecutive hours, full day or weekend workshops, we require a 1 month notice of cancellation to avoid any fees.

NOTE: You will be charged according to listed pricing on Schedulicity, our online booking calendar. Work Well Connect Members receive 20% discount, Work Well Coworkers receive 30% discount, Work Well Coworker Pro Members receive 40% discount, Work Well Partners receive 50% discount. For special price considerations such as non-profit discount, please email [email protected]

Members - We require 24 hour notice for hourly appointments (less than 3 hours) to avoid any fees.

For multiple bookings, such as recurring weekly events, full day or weekend workshops, we require 1 month notice of cancellation to avoid any fees.

  • Notice given 30 days or more before the event - full refund of deposit minus 15% administrative fee.
  • Notice given 29 days-14 days before the event - refund of full balance in the form of rental credit minus 15% administrative fee.
  • Notice less than 13 days before event - full rental balance must be paid, no refund or credits will be issued



For full day or weekend events with over 10 participants, a $50 cleaning fee will be applied to rental. Request to waive cleaning fee will be considered if renter agrees to follow Soma Vida cleaning procedures (email [email protected] for details).

We ask that everyone please be mindful to always wipe down and clean any rental mats and/or studio props that you use with provided all-natural cleaning wipes located in every studio. And if resetting the room, please return any furniture to the original set up.

Please respect the space we all share and wipe up/tidy space, helping us to continually keep and provide clean, healthy space for all of us to enjoy.


LIABILITY RELEASE & EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK (Your electronic signature at the end of the Space Rental Contract confirms that you have read and agreed to the following)

I hereby assume responsibility and liability for any and all injuries or damages to persons or property which may occur, directly or indirectly, as a result of my use of rental Space at Soma Vida, LLC for my planned event, whether such injury or damage occurs before, during or after such event.

Also, I shall indemnify and hold harmless Soma Vida, LLC, its employees and agents, from all responsibility against any claims filed by third parties for any such injuries, acts and all damages resulting either directly or indirectly from my use of the premises located at 1210 Rosewood Ave, Austin, Tx 78702.

I hereby personally assume all risks in connection with my actions and those of any service providers I hire while on the Soma Vida, LLC property and for any harm, injury or damage that may befall me or those of any service providers, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

I further state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this liability release. I understand that the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital, and that I have signed this document of my own free act.

I have fully informed myself of the contents of this Rental Agreement and Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk by reading it before I signed it on behalf of myself and my heirs.
